Hainanese Chicken originated from the tropical island province of Hainan, in southern China. This beloved dish has migrated to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. You can find Hainanese Chicken in hawker stalls, food courts, and even high end restaurants and hotels all over Asia.

At Jackpot, we’ve taken our favourite features from all of the versions and made our own Jackpot Chicken Rice. A soft poached chicken, served with traditional Ginger-Scallion sauce and fresh chilli sauce. We carefully de-boned the chicken and we don't use yellow food colouring. We don't like to serve it fridge cold, instead we've taken inspiration from hawker stalls, and we gently heat the chicken in a concentrated chicken glaze!

Our dinner menu is based around our famous Chicken Rice. This fragrant rice is cooked in schmaltzy Master stock and scented with Pandan leaves. It is the foundation for our sharing menu, served family-style. Choose from many Tropical inspired dishes and cocktails to go with a wooden bucket of our rice!

At lunch, you can find individual Chicken Rice meals with a bowl of winter melon soup, and pair it with our tasty side dishes or add-ons!
